Popped in for a drink with friends after dinner we were greeted by a lovely young gentleman called Louis who swiftly lead us to the bar area and served us some lovely drinks. He was an absoloute star and made us feel very welcome!
The hotel location was excellent close to the park and shopping centre, road noise was minimal. Good selection at breakfast including croissants lovely full English toast fresh fruit salad and cereals. . Service and amenities were super Lounge area very relaxing. . The only down side was that some rooms only had one window which I thought made the rooms a little dim . . Fortunately we were able to move rooms and was very satisfied with the care and attention that was shown in facilitating this . .room one was super light with two windows . many thanks .
The Angel Hotel – Comfortable Stay with Great Service Stayed at The Angel Hotel and found it to be a solid 3-star choice. The atmosphere is modern and functional, with some nice touches in the rooms. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the tea and drink selection was a pleasant surprise. Reception was happy to provide extra milk and tea when needed, which was a nice touch. Service throughout was excellent – reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast service was spot on. The breakfast itself was really good, which added to the overall experience. Only gave 4 stars for the rooms as they also let a bit of a draft in through the sash windows. The location is very convenient and close to local attractions. The only downside was some road noise, but earplugs made it manageable. Parking is available, but it’s first come, first served, so arriving late on a busy day could be tricky. The hotel also has a lift, which is great for accessibility and convenience. Overall, a great option for a short stay if you want comfort, good service, and easy access to the area.
Nice hotel in good location for shops bars etc All the staff were very nice, friendly, helpful, happy. The room was very clean, comfy bed, plenty of pillows. Bathroom good, bath with shower over, very clean. Breakfast was fresh cooked to order, good quality food. Also toast, jams, cereals, fruit, yogurts, fruit juices you can serve yourself. Breakfast was included and enjoyed very much. My only slight niggles are - parking very limited and tight but we managed to get a space so that was ok. The rooms are really hot, I'm always cold and I found the heat a bit much. But there is a fan and can open window. The hot water is extremely hot so be cautious. Enjoyed our stay, if returned to area would stay again
Very pleased with our stay. Just one night (we were in town for a family event). We had an enormous room with two double beds with really comfortable mattresses, and a luxurious bathroom. The courtyard car park at £10 a night is worth its weight in gold because Leamington Spa seems to have a very unfriendly street parking regime. The staff were really helpful, and breakfast was plentiful.
The hotel is perfectly located with the town centre about 5 mins walk. Our room was huge and beautifully decorated. Breakfast top notch. Would definitely stay there again
